Remodeling.ae is a marketplace that connects homeowners in Dubai and across the UAE with independent, vetted renovation professionals. We are not a contractor and do not carry out renovation work ourselves; we introduce you to professionals who do.
2. Using the Platform
Our service is free for homeowners. When you submit a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of the property — or are authorised to request work on it.
3. Quotes and Contracts
Any quote, agreement, or contract for renovation work is made directly between you and the contractor. Remodeling.ae is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the pricing, quality, timing, or completion of the work.
4. Contractor Vetting
We make reasonable efforts to verify the licenses and references of contractors in our network. However, you remain responsible for carrying out your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Remodeling.ae is not liable for any loss or damage arising from work carried out by a contractor introduced through the platform, or from your use of the website.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, and design, is owned by Remodeling.ae and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
